Looking for country for my future husband and me to immigrate to, preferably with USA dual citizenship . I am USA citizen and my fiance is S. Asian citizen. We need a developed country that's REALLY open to immigrants and preferably doesn't require fluency in a language other than English (but we're very willing to learn any other language).Needs:

Great, accessible, advanced medical care with national plan that we can be a part of OR affordable insurance
Entry level employment opportunities preferably in any of the following fields: management, commerce, community welfare work, basic computer operations, clerical/call center, alternative behavioral therapy such as imagery and hypnotherapy
Smooth utilization of USA social security income for retirement funds
Low-crime rate
Tolerance for the handicapped. I have a spine problem which greatly limits certain positions -- basically sitting and standing.
