I want to Find out what i should do after i have sent a van over abroad to Pakistan and now they are not releasing it(letting me clear it) because it is to old so please i need help. i will really appreciate it you helped me.

I have sent a van already to Pakistan but when i had gone to pay the duty and tried to clear my van,... and have sent this van as a gift to my brother but i have found out that it cant be released what should i do??....
