I am here to help my tico friends sell their land. My friends live in the beautiful mountain forests of Costa Rica (Lanas de Puriscal). Due to extreme poverty they must sell their farms.
We’re trying to find the right people who want to live in an amazing and beautiful forest and are willing to pay a fair market price for it. The property is an hour from the pacific Ocean and an hour and a half from San Jose. The ideal buyer is someone who wants to get away, has respect for and wants to preserve nature and wildlife, and enjoys interacting with very embracing and trustworthy Ticos and motivated expatriates.
