We Focus on Rural Development in Africa and South America. We provide seed money to poor villagers and fast-access money to others who are in need to doing quick businesses.
We have a premise in Komamboga Village near Kampala where we want a competent business person run an Internet Cafe to serve the growing populations of rich homeowners in the area. Located just east of Katalemwa Estate, this village has seen a large influx of developers, including a new university to soon be established a few hundred meters from this facility.The facility offered is a two large room office attached to a residential 3bedroom house. The prospective business person could rent only the office or both the office and the residence for an amount to be negotiated, based on applicant's qualification.
