We have a premise in Komamboga Village near Kampala where we want a competent business person run an Internet Cafe to serve the growing populations of rich homeowners in the area. Located just east of Katalemwa Estate, this village has seen a large influx of developers, including a new university to soon be established a few hundred meters from this facility.

The facility offered is a two large room office attached to a residential 3bedroom house. The prospective business person could rent only the office or both the office and the residence for an amount to be negotiated, based on applicant's qualification.

An excellent applicant with valuable collateral will be eligible for a 10% interest business loan from RUCOF.
