| I own 2 farms in costa rica in the coronado area. Both about 75 acres can either be sold as a whole or subdivided lots. Coronado is located 30 minutes south of Dominical. The lots off the Costanera Highway at the town of Coronado. The new state of the art Hospital in Cortez is only 10 minutes away and the soon to be Palmar Sur International Airport (2-3 years) is only 20 minutes away. Banks and supermarkets are 15 minutes away in the town of Palmar Norte. The location is within easy reach of not only great swimming beaches at Playas Ventanas and Playa Pinuelas but the world renowned surfing beaches of Playas Dominical and Hermosa. The National Parks of Ballena (10 min), Manuel Antonio (2 ½ hrs), Corcovado (2 ½ hrs), Cano island (2hrs by boat) are also within easy reach. The Coronado Marina is less than 5 minutes away and boat charters to Cano Island and sport fishing charters can easily be made there.
