I am writing to a number of potential employers in Jamaica, as I will be emigrating to Jamaica in September 2007 and am hoping to gain employment in an appropriate field of work.
I can enclose/attach a Resume on request. I am an experienced highly trained Senior Social Worker with 10 years of post qualifying experience in a range of disciplines.
My experience has all been gained within statutory services, i.e. Government maintained Local Authorities and I can provide excellent references from a number of Senior Managers.
I am particularly interested in working within Adolescent/Juvenile Services, Correctional /Probation Services and Mental Health teams, however I would consider any offer of appropriate employment in other areas of Social or Project Work.
On arrival in Jamaica I will be living in the Montego Bay area, however I also have friends/family in Kingston and Portland and could consider employment in any of these three areas.
