I am looking for a position as System Administrator. My Skills are:
Hardware: Experience in installation, configuration, trouble shooting of various Servers (including Rack Server), personal desktop systems, laptops, Printers, Scanners, Backup Devices (Tape, Dat, DLT and Autoloader etc.) and all other types of SCSI hardware. Having experience in Data Recovery.
Networking: Experience with installation and configuration of switches and Cisco Routers. Network monitoring, management and LAN designing.
Operating Systems: Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2000 Server and Professional, Windows NT Server 4.0, Windows NT Workstation 4.0, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 98, Windows 95, and Linux. Experience in configuration of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and Group Policy using Organizational unit (OU).
Applications: Installation and troubleshooting of software packages like MS Exchange Server, ISA Server, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Post Master, Lotus Notes Client, Internet proxies and many other software & Utilities. Programming skills in VB6, Oracle 8i, C++, FoxPro, Cobol, JAVA etc.
Storage & Security: Knowledge on SAN, NAS solutions, Surveillance Security cameras and software firewall. Backup softwares like Veritas, NetBackup. Antivirus installation, updating and monitoring (Trend Micro products, Symantec corporate Edition, Norton, E-trust antivirus, Mcafee, AVG etc.).
