• Working under UK KBR in Basra Iraq as Catering Manager in DEFAC to provide food facility to US Military, This involves serving 3 meals per day to around 6, 000 troops.

My task is make sure the kitchen is running well and all food is prepared to a high standard and served within the time scare we are given. I also have full control of the serving lines making sure each member of staff is aware of his duty and that they fulfill there job roll to the highest standard. I also make sure that all levels of hygiene are kept up to standard.
