I am semi retired, Lancastrian with 40+ years experience of delivering excellent customer service and a complimentary wealth of experience in administration, team leadership, staff development, financial management and performance.I am now seeking permanent or part-time employment, and I can be very flexible about hours and days.I prefer a Fylde location but any work location would be possible on a short term contract basis.
I have computer skills learned from industry education and over 25 years of close contact with the practical use of IT systems and networks. I have very proficient spread sheet and word-processing skills. - I really do know why the spell-checker exists...and how to use it!
Likewise, my ability to appreciate the meaning of workplace start-and-finish times does not go unnoticed. Written and verbal communication, attention to detail along with multi-tasking skills are my particular strengths. I am comfortable with team or individual workplace demands. I am a Business Mentor to The Prince's Trust. I also possess an unblemished driving record.
I am in the fortunate position of seeking re-employment because I want to return to some meaningful work, not because I have to. I don’t wish to have to sell my soul to my employer, but a prospective employer who displays genuine care and concern for his staff would be rewarded with 40+ years of socially and professionally acquired workplace skills, a positive manner and a willingness to undertake almost anything by this proactive, humorous, honest and ethically responsible individual.
