Hi All, I am a 43 year old former Royal Marine, who has spent the last 15 Years working in the Close Protection Industry.

I currently run my own company, Global Executive Protection, and I am now looking for a change in pace - and lifestyle. I am seeking to invest in - or buy outright, a Hotel in or around the Protaras/Paralimni area in Cyprus. It can be a part share, or an outright purchase... and I would be willing to buy an unfinished property - providing the paperwork is all correct!. I am also looking for a Dive centre in the same region - possibly out towards Ayia Napa... I am an experienced diver/padi divemaster and A.S.S.E.T qualified scuba technician also.Anyone using this forum with properties /businesses in these areas for sale please contact me urgently.
