Have you just been posted in Nairobi? or planning to spend a bit of time in the city as a tourist? You might want to stay in a self contained apartment, in the long run it will be much cheaper than staying in a hotel. We are renting our our new apartment as of June 2009 for 8 months or longer.

details are as follows:-

3 bedroom (taste)fully furnished apartment to rent in Lavington, Nairobi, Kenya

it has :-

* 170 sq meters, swimming pool, good security and 2 parking areas provided

* third floor (secure and no noise from upstairs!), two balconies

* Master bedroom self contained, 2 bedrooms ensuite and Servants’ quarter

* Solar water heating, 2 panels with 300 litres hot water storage (meaning no more electric water heating!), energy saving light bulbs

* Private digital television disc and decoder (DSTV)

* washing machine

* Water storage total: 6, 300 litres; (4500 litre ground level tank, 1500 litres roof storage, 300 litres hot water storage)

* Quiet backstreet behind Valley Arcade shopping centre (with an excellent Italian restaurant and shop), 5-10 minutes away from Yaya shopping centre, Prestige shopping centre and Junction shopping centre, plenty of schools and day care centres in the area
